> Pallet Options
NQX does not offer a Chep or Loscam pallet transfer service.
We do, however, operate a successful pallet control system within our business, options of which are outline below for your reference.
1. Customers Own Pallets
This is the preferred option for NQX. It is the responsibility of the sending customer to manage their pallet transactions by transferring the pallet hire to the receiving customer’s account or by having in place their own internal systems with the receiver customer.
2. NQX IOU / Exchange
At the point of pick up the NQX driver will raise an NQX pallet docket or record the IOU transaction on the new NQX consignment notes. These documents can be used to redeem the pallets by contacting your local NQX branch. NQX will in turn deliver the required number of pallets back to your business.
We understand the value of your pallets and every effort will made to ensure the successful management of the above processes.
